Heading 1

At SALE ROUTES, we utilize a team of research analysts to gather all of our data firsthand through telephone interviews with our profiled companies. Our researchers are trained to maintain the highest ethical standards in conducting these interviews. SALE ROUTES researchers will never misrepresent their purpose or use any inappropriate means of gathering data. This is a painstaking process, but the value we provide is bridging the information gap and helping business get done. We will never include home addresses or any other information about any person in our database that is not related to a business purpose, for example, information regarding: race or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or other similar beliefs; trade union membership; physical or mental health; sexual life; or criminal record.

We believe that it is in everyone’s interest to have accurate, meaningful data. Not just for our clients, but for the profiled individuals and companies as well. That is because our clients are sophisticated technology companies looking to provide these companies with needed business solutions. We believe that being accurately profiled in our database helps you receive appropriate information about products and services that are relevant to you, not irrelevant spam.

SALE ROUTES is a participating organization and registered with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks. These frameworks were designed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission and Swiss Administration to provide companies on both sides of the Atlantic with a mechanism to comply with data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States in support of transatlantic commerce.

We contractually require our clients to comply with applicable law in contacting any one from our database, including anti-spam legislation. Anti-spam laws are typically applied in the location where the message is received. Thus, when our clients email contacts located in the U.S. they are required to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, while clients emailing contacts located in Canada must comply with CASL.
